I began my career in Graphic Design at the Globe Pequot Press (1995-2002) where I learned the art of book making from the ground-up. I started as a typesetter, working in Quarkxpress, and by the time I left to start my freelance business in 2002, I was designing and producing more than fifty books a year. Since starting Two Sisters Design 12 years ago, my work has become much more diversified to include annual reports, brochures, calendars, newsletters, invitations, logos and ads—even a bus!
My approach to design is a process of collaboration between my client’s desired outcome and my creative views. I believe the greatest creativity comes from an openness of mind and attitude from both the client and designer.
